Hi, I’m Emma

A Chiropractor and mum of two living in Surrey. I first moved to London in 2010 landing in “nappy valley”, and although I didn’t have children at the time, I loved working with mums. I’ve spent most of my adult life understanding the nervous system, movement, strength, gut-health, nutrition, and mind-set. When I became a new mum myself, I was bombarded with mainstream marketing claiming to be “the right thing”, but I knew its wasn’t.

I had a massive drive to put together a course, which provided the information to help mums through the 4th trimester with confidence through choice. In practice I am all about pro choice, I give honest information and let the person decide without judgment there is no right or wrong way, there is just the way that works for you.

My Mission

To create a safe online, nurturing space for new mums, allowing you to make correct informed decisions on your and your baby's health.

I want to support you now to give you long-term peace of mind for the health and wellbeing of your family.
